You Don't Have to Carry This Alone.

Lighthouse Support connects you with real people — trained listeners, licensed counselors, and a community that shows up — the moment you decide to send help.

Our Story

It started with two words: send help.

Lighthouse Support was founded by survivors, counselors, and volunteers who know how hard those two words can be to say out loud. We built a place where reaching out is met instantly with warmth, not waitlists.

Today our network spans trained crisis responders, licensed therapists offering sliding-scale sessions, and a peer community that meets weekly — online and in person — so that nobody has to raise the white flag in silence.
